Christina Clark (Oettinger Bloodgood)

A highly regarded global real estate strategist, Christina has over 20 years of experience guiding companies through complex real estate decisions. Over her career, she has negotiated over $3B in commercial real estate transactions across 30 countries. She currently serves as Vice Chairman in Newmark’s Occupier Services group where she executes transactions and supports real estate strategies for clients on a global scale.

Christina’s clients have spanned some of the world’s most innovative brands, from Fortune 10 enterprises to dynamic startups. Her breadth of work includes strategic planning, portfolio optimization, transaction negotiation (lease, sublease, purchase, & sale), location & site selection analysis, organizational design & governance and technology solutions to empower clients to make informed decisions on real estate. Prior to joining Newmark, Christina was founder of Cresa Global's Technology Practice Group and led the Global Portfolio Solutions division.

Christina has been an Okeanos member since 2023, and she brings her expansive leadership in business strategy, real estate, economic trends, and cultural dynamics to the team. In 2017, Christina co-founded Cacker Capital, an investment firm focused on early-stage technology companies, which has brought key venture opportunities to the group.

Christina has received numerous recognitions for her contributions, including Business Times Most Influential Women and GlobeSt.com’s Women of Influence. Christina is a Founding Board Member for RED - Real Estate Divas, served on the Board of the Global CoreNet Young Leaders, as President of the Board of the Bay Area Children’s Theatre and is a member of Edgewood Auxiliary.
